What are the different types of groups?

You can share events in the 3 kinds of groups below:

• Public
  • Only group administrators can create or edit events.
  • Everybody can join the group.
  • Events and the members list are shown in the group search.
• Private (or Closed)
  • Members can create or edit events.
  • Users should send a join request or be added by a group's administrator.
  • The members list is shown in the group search.
• Secret
  • Members can create or edit events.
  • Users should be added by a group's administrator.
  • Not visible in the group search.

How can I delete my account?

• On iPhone/iPad, tap the "Settings" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, then "Account" at the top of the screen, and then "Delete account". Please then follow the instructions.
• On Android, tap the "Settings" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, and then "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen. Please then follow the instructions.
• On Web, please send us an email to the address specified on the Support page. Please specify your username in your email and please use the same address as the one you used to create your HiCal account.
